I joined a gym today. I went out for a jog last night and I am so not ready to do that yet. I need to drop some weight. Also, I really struggled with m y pace. I hopped on a treadmill today and walked two miles at a 17.5 minute pace. It was nice to go at a consistent pace. I also liked that I could easily check my heart rate without stopping. I hooked up the ipod. I've not really listened to it since I stopped going to the track in Utah. It was nice. The music brought back images of the view I used to see while walking around the track at the Catholic High School. Utah sure is pretty. |
